Club Car HD Performance Secondary Clutch for 1-3/16" Belt

This Heavy Duty Secondary clutch is specifically designed for the Club Car DS line of Golf Carts where a 1-3/16" width belt is recommended for a Big Block Swap.

The stock Driven clutch and the 1" wide belt just isn't enough for higher horsepower and torque and lack of belt sizes in 1" widths make this a logical upgrade for any big block swap on a Club Car.

This clutch along with a 1-3/16" belt will increase your top speed by 3-7mph, increase low end torque by 15%, and drastically increase durability due to less heat from slippage.

This adapter is designed to put your stock 1:10 tapered clutch onto a 1" straight shaft engine. Works on ANY small engine(single cylinder or v-twin) up to 30 HP with 1" straight crankshaft. This adapter may require excess crankshaft to be cut off and may also require drilling and tapping original bolt hole deeper & to a different size to use your OEM clutch bolt.

A spacer is included to adjust clutch spacing.

Once you cut your crankshaft down, it will need to be replaced if you ever decide to upgrade to an aftermarket clutch such as a Comet 780 or 94C.
