THESE SPRINGS ARE HIGHLY-RECOMMENDED WHEN REMOVING YOUR STOCK GOVERNOR! Without them, the engine will not rev much past 4500 and the stock valves will float, eventually causing engine damage.

These are the famous "Champion" HD Shaft Rockers! They are arguably the best bang for your buck when it comes to valvetrain stability.

A Shaft-Rocker eliminates the need for a guideplate and prevents the rocker arms from walking side-side. Furthermore, they have considerably more ridgidity than stud rockers so they rarely need adjustment once set.

Heavy Duty Chromoly Pushrods

Heavy Duty Chromoly Pushrods

These are our Heavy Duty Pushrods made from 1/4" Diameter 4130 Chromoly. The stock pushrods flex at higher RPM causing loss of valve lift. These are a great upgrade for anyone with HD springs running without a governor. They are a MUST for those with cams and/or 1.3:1 rockers. Achieving correct Valvetrain geometry is necessary to a reliable performance engine.

There are 3 Length options:

Cut-To-Length - You will need to measure your required pushrod length (depends on deck height or block and head, rocker arms, cam, etc) and cut it to size. They are 8" Long and ready to be cut down to the size you need and have the ends pressed in.

6.74" - These are the OEM 440/460 pushrods and they will fit most engines with an unmilled head and shaft rockers.

6.50" - These are the OEM length GX390/420 Clone pushrods and they will fit most engines with a stock to .100" milled head and standard stud rockers.

The OEM camshaft on our 460cc Engine!

Our Custom Grind camshaft is the result of many R&D hours testing what the big block engines like. Cams require Chromoly Pushrods, HD Valvesprings and a Billet Rod. DO NOT TRY TO RUN A CAM WITH A STOCK ROD, the journal will oval out and cause the rod to fail and most likely take the crankshaft with it.

Our cams are cut on a close base circle to the stock cam so the compression release is still functional.

246 Duration, .260" Lift, 110 LSA

This cam produces power from 1800-5000rpm and gives a drastic improvement throughout the entire RPM range. Recommended for Golf Carts, Mud Motors, Short Track Go-Karts, Marine and Pulling/Towing applications where a broad powerband is a needed and loss of low end is unacceptable.

This cam is easy on the valvetrain and will not "beat up" your valves or lifters. Originally designed as a "cheater" cam , its great for those who are running in a go-kart class which requires stock valve lift.

Add 1.3:1 rockers for some additional top-end kick!
